SMART, VISIONARY, KIND-HEARTED LEADERS, WELCOME!
Fundamentally transform your orientation to challenges by dissolving triggers at their source so you can more intuitively and powerfully lead from your innate brilliance
STOP MANAGING STRESS. START CONSISTENTLY ACCESSING YOUR INNATE BRILLIANCE. YOU CAN DRAMATICALLY STRENGTHEN HOW YOU NAVIGATE COMPLEXITY, ADVERSITY, AND CONFLICT. YOU CAN STRATEGICALLY LEAD INSPIRED, MEANINGFUL IMPACT. INSTEAD OF (RISKING) BURNING OUT, YOU CAN STEADILY CULTIVATE ENDURING CO-CREATIVE WISDOM.
You're a brilliant, kind-hearted leader who has achieved significant—or even remarkable—success.
As a visionary professional in a demanding role, you've built your career by showing up powerfully for others and creating meaningful change.
Yet, in today's increasingly complex world, you're finding yourself either shutting down or overworking when faced with challenges, external problems or out-of-your-control circumstances.
Despite your vision and expertise, maintaining your ability to effectively respond while staying centered feels hard.
You know there's untapped potential in your leadership and in your own capabilities.
You're ready to transform your relationship with challenges - not by becoming "untriggerable," but by dissolving triggers at their source and accessing a different kind of power from within and around you.
YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.
A New Path to Leadership Power
Here’s the thing: Most accomplished leaders try to overcome challenges through achievement - working harder, taking on more, pushing through triggers with sheer will.
But this approach reinforces what I call the High Achiever's Default Stress Mode - patterns installed by systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma. Patterns that drive you to either shut down or overwork when faced with daunting difficulties, which, as we know, are often increasing by the day.
The solution isn't about becoming "untriggerable" or simply developing some better coping strategies. It's about transforming your fundamental orientation and relationship with challenges, starting with dissolving triggers at their source.
That's why I developed the SHEMA Process™ - a revolutionary approach that helps visionary, kindhearted leaders access their natural insight and cultivate their Co-Creative Wisdom™. When you honor and dissolve these historic patterns rather than just trying to ignore or function around them, you naturally lead from a place of clarity, greater authenticity, and collaborative power, driving meaningful change sustainably (instead of burning out!).
Hi! Siyo! Shalom! Salaam Alakum! I’m April!
As a Black & Cherokee Jewish priestess who has led social justice transformations for over 20 years, I've discovered something profound:
Brilliant leaders aren't struggling due to lack of skill - they're caught in patterns installed by systemic oppression and unhealed harm, trying to achieve their way through challenges and stress rather than dissolving what’s causing their suffering and chronic stress at its source.
This insight emerged from my own multi-decade healing journey that deepened and accelerated while serving as VP of a $90M nonprofit organization and becoming an inter-spiritual ordained Jewish Priestess. I witnessed firsthand how leaders create their greatest impact not by pushing harder, but by slowing down and fundamentally transforming their relationship with and orientation to achievement and adversity.
This understanding led me to develop the SHEMA Process, integrating ancestral wisdom with trauma-agile™ healing to help visionary leaders access their innate insight.
My mission is helping leaders like you sustainably drive visionary change by leading from their own authentic Co-Creative Wisdom™.
